Add a new Authorized Signatory on OMS system

Hi @Franziska!

The Authorized Signatory of Johanneberg Science Park is going to be retired in one month. Therefore, we would like to add another person on OMS to take this role.

Do I just need to add and send an invitation via OMS to the new person or is also necessary to delete the existing AS from the system ?

Hi Eva!

There is no need to delete the former AS. Just as Beneficiary Management users (the ones writing the reports), you can have many.

Just make sure to start the process as it takes quite some time until all the paperwork is done.
