We also have a Trello board with all deliverables assigned to the work package leader responsible for their delivery https://trello.com/b/sXyp7Yb1/score-general
The next tasks we have pending here is to break these deliverables down into subtasks - ie ‘prepare business case canvas’ and ‘complete business case canvas’ and assign these to the party responsible.
