OASC’s 5 year anniversary celebration!
On 16 March 2015, the first 31 cities from 5 countries started the Open & Agile Smart Cities initiative. Fast-forward five years, the network counts +150 member cities in +30 countries, across 4 continents.
Interoperability and openness of data, digital solutions and urban platforms are now at the center of a worldwide debate on how to achieve the sustainable digital transformation of cities & communities. Dynamically, OASC and its member cities are at the forefront of this movement, which puts in place a much-needed open smart city infrastructure for the benefit of millions of citizens.
