Updated social media strategy

Dear partners and collaborators,
I’ve had the great helping hand of a certain person in the community to look over the SoMe strategy - so it lies now in an updated and much more coherent form on the drive (WP2.1) - feel tree to check it out. And thanks @pjppauwels!

I will be giving you a turbo lowdown on the communication and SoMe strategy on a few slides Friday, so if you have any questions or comments for me to take up by then, please let me know.
